New to Chinmaya Mission Alpharetta?
If you wish to join Chinmaya Mission Alpharetta / apply for admission for your child(ren) at our Bala Vihar, please go to Registration/New Applicants and select 'New Family' and enter the appropriate information.

For the Fall session starting in Aug, all requests are processed on a first come first serve basis in July. We will contact you via email as soon as possible to give you the enrollment status. If classes are already in session at the time your request is made, please allow for at least 2 weeks for us to process your request. Once we verify that space is available for your child, we will send you an email with further instructions for registering.


Already a part of  Chinmaya Mission Alpharetta?
If your family was part of Chinmaya Mission Alpharetta last year (2009-2010), the children that were enrolled in Bala Vihar last year are automatically eligible for registration for this year. However, you must confirm the registration by going through the online process, and paying the fees on time.

• Please go to Registration/Current Students Menu and login using your primary email address that you had previously registered in our system.
• Once you login, you will be presented with a form where you verify / correct the details we have for you in the system.
• You will also have the opportunity to sign up for language classes for your child(ren), and sign up to volunteer in one or more areas at CMA.
• Once you complete the online process, the system will notify you the fees due, and instructions for making the payment.

Already a part of  Chinmaya Mission Alpharetta, and want to enroll another child?
If your family was part of Chinmaya Mission Alpharetta last year (2009-2010), and you wish to add another of your children to Bala Vihar for this year, please go to Registration/New Applicants Menu and select 'Already have/had a child at our Balvihar'.

• Once you login, you will be presented with a form where you can enter details for the additional child(ren).

• • If classes are already in session at the time your request is made, please allow for at least 2 weeks for us to process your request. Once we verify that space is available for your child, we will send you an email with further instructions.

Having difficulty with the registration process?

Having difficulty logging in? Forgot your email ID / password?
If you forgot your password, click on "Do not know your Password? Click Here.." on the login screen, and then enter the PRIMARY email address that you use to receive communication from Bala Vihar.

• The password will be emailed instantly to the email address you entered.
• In case you do not find the email, check your junk mail box/spam filter.
• In case the primary email address does not work, try the other email addresses you may have used in the past. If all addresses are rejected, or you don’t receive the email with the password, please send an email to balvihar_centerNE@hotmail.com or Rangaswamy Rajamanickam with your name, name of your children and we will manually mail the login information to you. After you successfully login, you will be able to change your email & password if you wish to do so.
